How much fabric do I need to buy?
That depends upon the style of bag you select and if you would like to add coordinating accessories to your order. We offer two styles of diaper bags. The Ultimate Diaper Bag requires 3 yards of fabric and the Deluxe Diaper Bag requires 2.5 yards of fabric. To add interest, you may want to have the bag made from two or three different fabrics. Accessories require a half yard of fabric each. Please reference our fabric table for exact fabric requirements.
Where do I send my fabric?
After you have placed and paid for your order, you should ship the specified amount of fabric directly to our studio:

How will I know when my fabric arrives?
A member of our design team will contact you via email when your fabric arrives in our studio to discuss placement and provide you with an estimated completion date. We encourage you to purchase delivery confirmation for orders shipped via USPS.
Can I add a zipper to my bag?
Yes, you may add zip-top closure to either the Deluxe Diaper Bag or the Ultimate Diaper Bag for an additional charge. This option is available for purchase under the accessories tab.
How long will it take to receive my finished bag?
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from payment and receipt of fabric for your order to ship.
Where should I buy my fabric?
There are countless options when it comes to purchasing fabric. We especially like www.hawthornethreads.com and www.fabricworm.com. Both venues offer a wide selection of fabric and excellent customer service. It can be difficult to match fabric online, so we suggest shopping within one collection of fabric. For example: Amy Butler is a fabric designer and her latest collection is named Love.
What kind of fabric should I buy?
Quilt weight cotton fabric is ideal. We can also work with light weight denim, corduroy, flannel, wool and canvas. (We can NOT work with leather, pleather or vinyl as those fabrics impose excessive wear and tear on our machines.)
Can I add a changing pad to my order?
Yes, you may purchase a changing pad, mommy tote and/or diaper clutch to coordinate with your diaper bag. See our changing pad page for pricing and fabric requirements.
Do you ship internationally?
International orders are welcome and can be established
Actual shipping charges will apply. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority to determine these additional costs prior to buying. We are unable to mark merchandise values below retail value or mark parcels as "gifts" --- U.S. and international government regulations prohibit such practices. All international sales are final --- no refunds or exchanges can be made.
Will you return any unused fabric?
No, we do not return remnants. Please do not send more fabric than is required.
